1. About these terms

Posterized.in is a print-on-demand poster store. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Cancellation Policy, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Orders and prices

Prices include GST. We can cancel an order and refund it in full if there is a pricing or stock error, or if an order looks fraudulent. Offers and free gifts can change at any time and cannot be combined unless stated.

3. Payment

Prepaid orders are paid at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pin codes. A COD fee, if any, is shown at checkout.

4. Custom orders and your photos

When you upload a photo, you confirm you have the right to print it. We may refuse files that are unlawful, offensive or too low in quality to print well. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

5. Artwork

Designs on this site are fan art and are not official licensed merchandise unless stated. For any concern about an artwork, email support@posterized.in and we will review it promptly.

6. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

7. Use of the website

Do not misuse the site, its offers or the claims process, and do not copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.

10. Grievances and contact

Raise a request at posterized.in/help or email support@posterized.in. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
