5. Orders and Payments
Order Processing: Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Payment Methods: All payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods.

6. Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations: We ship across India and, upon request, internationally. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time: Orders are printed and processed within up to 2 business days.
Shipping Time:

Express Shipping (India): 3 to 5 business days
Standard Shipping (India): 8 to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Cancellation Policy
Customized Orders: Customized or personalized products are final and non-cancellable. Once an order for a customized product is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, as production begins immediately.
Non-Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for non-customized products are accepted only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns: Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, supported by a clear and continuous unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds: Refunds are processed strictly as per our Refund and Return Policy. Replacement will be provided first wherever applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability
Posterized.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
