Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Posterized.in. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds are applicable for purchases made on Posterized.in.


Returns:

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, such as a wrong item being sent.

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind or personal preference.
  2. Accidental orders.
  3. Incorrect size selection by the customer.
  4. Dissatisfaction with colour output due to screen-to-print variation.
  5. Customized or personalized products, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  6. Products received without physical damage, defect, or mismatch.

Important: For eligible claims, replacement will be provided first wherever applicable. Refunds will be considered only if replacement is not possible after verification from our side.


Custom and Personalised Orders:

Orders for customised or personalised products, including custom posters, custom split sets, and personalised photo prints, are strictly non-cancellable once placed. No exceptions will be made as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

Customers are strongly advised to review all uploaded images, customization details, sizes, quantities, and order information carefully before completing the purchase.


Refund and Replacement Eligibility:

Refunds or replacements are applicable only for products that are physically damaged, defective, or mismatched, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear and continuous unboxing video of the sealed package must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Video Requirements: The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the sealed package, opening process, product condition, and the reported damage, defect, missing item, or mismatch.
  3. Submission: The unboxing video must be emailed to support@posterized.in along with the order number and issue details.
  4. Mandatory Proof: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Resolution Process:

  1. Review: Our support team will review the submitted unboxing video and order details to verify the claim.
  2. Approval: If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement first wherever applicable.
  3. Refund: Refunds will be issued only where replacement is not possible.
  4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  5. Refund Timeline: Once approved and processed from our side, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged Packages:

  1. If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and inform our support team immediately.
  2. If the package is accepted and the product inside is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video of the sealed package within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Claims without valid unboxing proof may not be accepted.

Consumable and Accessory Products:

Products including adhesive dots, Glue Dots, sticker packs, and other consumable accessories are non-returnable once delivered, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


RTO / Delivery Failure / Refused Delivery:

  1. Customer-side RTO: If an order is returned to us due to customer-side issues such as incorrect address, incomplete address, incorrect phone number, customer unavailable at the time of delivery, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept the parcel, it will be treated as an RTO (Return-to-Origin).
  2. Refund for Prepaid RTO Orders: Refunds for eligible prepaid RTO orders will be processed only after the parcel is received back at our facility and verified.
  3. Courier and Handling Deduction: Since forward and return courier charges are applied, applicable courier charges and handling fees will be deducted from the paid amount. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
  4. Custom and Personalised RTO Orders: Customised or personalised products are made specifically for the customer and are non-cancellable and non-refundable, even if the parcel is refused, returned, or undelivered due to customer-side issues.
  5. COD RTO Orders: If a COD order is refused or returned due to customer-side issues, the order may be cancelled once received back. Future COD orders may be restricted at our discretion.
  6. Reshipping After RTO: If the customer wants the order to be shipped again after the RTO parcel is received back at our facility, applicable reshipping charges must be paid before redispatch.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  1. Claims raised without a valid unboxing video.
  2. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Change of mind after receiving the product.
  4. Wrong size, design, or quantity selected by the customer while ordering.
  5. Customer-uploaded image quality issues in custom orders.
  6. Colour differences caused by screen brightness, display settings, or screen-to-print variation.
  7. Customer-side RTO, refusal, or failed delivery charges.
