Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind or personal preferences.
  2. Accidental orders.
  3. Incompatibility issues.
  4. Customized or personalized items.
  5. Important: We do not provide a return option for products received without physical damage or mismatch. In such cases, only a replacement will be offered first, and a refund will be considered only if replacement is not possible after verification from our side.
  6. Important: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, we strongly advise refusing to accept the package. Once accepted, eligibility for a refund or replacement cannot be guaranteed.

Customized Orders – Cancellation Policy

Customized or personalized products are final and non-cancellable. Once an order for a customized product is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, as production begins immediately. Customers are strongly advised to review all customization details, sizes, and order information carefully before completing the purchase.


Refunds: Refunds are available only for products that are physically damaged or mismatched, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Eligibility: A clear and verifiable unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Video Requirements: The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and clearly show the product condition, highlighting any damage or discrepancies.
  3. Submission: The unboxing video must be emailed to support@posterized.in for review.

Refund Process:

  1. Review: Our support team will review the submitted unboxing video to verify the reported issue.
  2. Approval: If the claim is approved, the refund process will be initiated.
  3. Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  4. Timeline: Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacements: In addition to refunds, we offer replacements for damaged or mismatched products. The procedure for requesting a replacement is the same as outlined above.

Conditions for Refund or Replacement:

  1. An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.
  2. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Claims submitted without the required unboxing video will not be considered.
  4. Important: If the outer package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the shipment must be refused and reported immediately. Accepted damaged packages may not qualify for compensation.
