How can I place an order for a custom poster?

To order custom posters, go to Custom Product. Read the instructions and Image Upload Guidelines, and then proceed to make your customization.

 

What sizes do your posters come in?

We offer a variety of sizes to suit different preferences and spaces. The available sizes are A4, A3, 12x18, and 13x19. Choose the one that fits your needs, and we will ensure your poster is printed and delivered to you in the selected size.

What materials are your posters made of?

We use only the finest materials to achieve the highest quality results. Our posters are printed on premium-grade, 300gsm matte board, which is both durable and fade-resistant. This guarantees that your customized poster will retain its vibrant colors and sharp details for years to come.

Is there a border on the poster?

Yes, all of our posters come with a 0.5 cm white border around the edges. This adds a clean finish and helps to frame the artwork nicely.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Shipping: Free shipping for all prepaid orders.

Processing:
We do not maintain inventory because we offer print-on-demand services.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding holidays).

Transit :

  • Prepaid Orders - Free Express Shipping - (3 to 5 Days)
  • COD Orders - Standard Shipping - (7-9 Days)

Holidays excluded.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

 We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your poster at support@posterized.in, and we will be happy to assist you. Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation Policy:
  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@posterized.in as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the production process has begun, we may be unable to cancel your order.
  • Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for customized orders can only be accepted within 3 hours from the time of purchase. After this timeframe, production may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a customized order.
  • Non-Customized Orders: For non-customized orders, you may request cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our return policy will apply.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress online.
