Cancellation and Shipping Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the production or packing process has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Customized Orders: Customized or personalized products are final and non-cancellable. Once an order for a customized product is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, as production begins immediately. Customers are strongly advised to review all customization details carefully before completing the purchase.
  • Non-Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for non-customized products are accepted only before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our Refund and Return Policy will apply.

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping Locations: We ship across India. International shipping is available upon request. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on order volume or the complexity of customized designs.
  • Shipping Methods: We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Shipping Time:
    • Domestic (India): 8 to 10 business days
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or logistical issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
  • Return-to-Origin (RTO) / Refused Delivery (Refund Rules): If an order is returned to us by the courier due to customer refusal, repeated delivery failure, incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or customer not available at the time of delivery, it will be treated as an RTO (Return-to-Origin).
    • Refund for RTO Orders: If the customer asks for a refund for an RTO order, we cannot provide a full refund. Refund will be processed only after the parcel is received back at our facility and verified.
    • Courier & Handling Deduction: Since forward and return courier charges are applied, we will deduct the applicable courier charges and handling fees from the paid amount and refund the remaining balance.
    • Deduction Amount: The deduction amount depends on the order value (and applicable courier charges for that shipment).
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: In rare cases of lost or damaged packages, please notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with an appropriate resolution.
  • Important Note on Damaged Packages: If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and inform our support team immediately. Accepting a visibly damaged package may void eligibility for a refund or replacement, and we will not be responsible for any issues arising thereafter.
