By accessing or using Posterized.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Posterized.in, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Use of Website

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to placing fraudulent orders, misusing promotional offers, or submitting false return or damage claims.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership: The content, features, and functionality of Posterized.in are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Limited License: Content may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless prior written permission is obtained from Posterized.in.

Fan Art Disclaimer: All artwork posted on this website is intended as fan art and is not purported to be official licensed merchandise unless explicitly indicated otherwise. If you have any concerns regarding the artwork, please write to us at support@posterized.in.

4. Custom and Personalised Posters

Image Requirements: Uploaded images must meet our quality and resolution standards. We reserve the right to reject files that do not meet print requirements. We will notify you if your uploaded file is unsuitable before processing.

Rights and Permissions: By uploading images, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use them for print purposes. Posterized.in is not responsible for any copyright violations arising from customer-uploaded content.

No Cancellation on Custom Orders: Customised or personalised products are final and non-cancellable. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

5. Orders and Payments

Order Processing: Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or COD order placement.

Pricing: All prices displayed on Posterized.in are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Payment Methods: All prepaid payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders are accepted across serviceable pin codes. A COD handling fee of ₹49 is applicable on all COD orders and will be displayed at checkout before order placement.

6. Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations: We ship across India. International shipping is available upon request. Customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time: All orders are printed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metros and Tier 1 cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and remote areas: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other external factors beyond our control. Posterized.in is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries or returns caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address details provided at checkout. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

7. Cancellation Policy

Custom and Personalised Orders: Orders for customised or personalised products — including custom posters, custom split sets, and personalised photo prints — are strictly non-cancellable once placed. No exceptions will be made as production begins immediately.

Non-Customised Orders: Cancellation requests for standard non-customised products are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@posterized.in or via WhatsApp.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, such as a wrong item being sent. Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with colour output on screen versus print are not valid return reasons.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To raise a valid return or damage claim, a clear and continuous unboxing video of the sealed package must be submitted to support@posterized.in within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Resolution: Upon verification of a valid claim, we will provide a replacement first wherever applicable. Refunds will be issued only where replacement is not possible and will be processed as per our Refund and Return Policy.

Consumable and Accessory Products: Products including adhesive dots, Glue Dots, sticker packs, and other consumable accessories are non-returnable once delivered, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

9. Free Gifts and Promotional Items

Free gifts included with orders, such as bookmarks, mystery posters, and Glue Dots, are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value without prior notice. Free gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded separately. Promotional offers and cart-based free gift thresholds are subject to change at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Posterized.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
